ANALYZE YOUR RUNNING FORM
Running is a skill and needs to be treated as such, and the only way to truly identify deficits in your running form is to watch you run. Making small tweaks to your running form is the best and fastest way to improve your performance.
STEP 2
EXAMINE YOUR MOVEMENT PATTERNS
Once we have assessed your running form, you will be taken through our comprehensive running clinical exam. The goal of this exam is to identify deficits as they relate to your form and to find out how your body affects your performance.
STEP 3
YOUR CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
Based on your running form and exam findings, your running coach will provide you with a customized training program. It will specifically addresses your running technique and mobility and strength deficits and help you reach all your training goals.
